VOLT revisited

We went back to VOLT in Fredrick, Maryland again - this time with my mother-in-law. All the dishes we tasted were not only beautiful as you can see but also very delicate and an excuiste balance of flavors. I am still dreaming of the shiitake mushroom velouté with pinenuts sabayon. They keep the restaurant week's price for the pre-fix three course lunch menu for $20.09.
