President Obama Hires Chef Kass from Chicago

Has my wish (see my previous posting on Jan 20) already come true? President Obama's new addition to his kitchen staff is Chef Kass from Chicago. Like my hero Alice Waters, according to the article from New York Time, Kass' cooking keeps environmental issues, sustainability and public health in mind. A vegetable garden on the White House grounds? I can't wait to go back to DC. |
