01.20.09 - Change is in the air

Time to change.

This Inauguration day, not only America but the whole world is about to witness an historical moment. No matter who you are or what your politics, we all are desperately looking for the world to change.

I really do wish this change will also give us a good inspiration and inference on healthy eating. When our wallet is tight during this economic crisis, eating good food may seem like the last thing in your mind. But because of these tough times we start eating at home more often, so from a cooking point of view, these are boom days. It is a good time to enjoy economic and delicious home cooking.
