Nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce)
Yield: 2-4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 gallic clove ..... minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh red chile pepper ..... minced
Cooking Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar completely. Serve in one or more small condiment bowls.
Store in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
