Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour and corn mean in a large bowl. Add oil, peanut butter, eggs and broth and stir to combine. Knead the dough for another 3 minutes until it holds together. Add some broth if the dough is too stiff.
Wrap the dough in the plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick on a lightly floured surface and cut into shapes.
Place them on the cookie sheets with parchment paper or silpat and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Turn off the oven and allow the cookie to dry in the oven for 2-3 hours.
Store them in the air-tight container.
