Granola
Yield: 5 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup banana chips
- 1/4 cup pecan ..... chopped
Cooking Directions

Preheat oven at 350 F (175 C).

Combine oats, almonds, vegetable oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well and spread on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown. Stair every 15 minutes.

Take out from the oven and let it cool.

Add all other ingredients and mix well.

Store in an air tight container.
