Fresh Corn and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- corn kernels from two ears of corn *
- 1 tomato ..... diced
- 1 avocado ..... diced
- 1/4 small red onion ..... thinly sliced
- 4 basil leaves ..... thinly sliced
- Lime juice from 1-1/2 limes
- Lime zest from 1-1/2 limes ..... grated
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon (or more) salt
- pepper
Cooking Directions

Put everything in a medium sized bowl and mix gently. Chill until serve.
