Ravioli

If you ever make a homemade filled pasta, you must realized how rewarding all the hard work you did to make the dough. The version of filling is endless.... cheese, meat, vegetables.... and then you can couple them with the sauce you like. Creamy sauce, cheese sauce, tomato sauce, brown butter sauce. You name it.
Today, I made the ravioli filled with the red pepper with pancetta and cheese top with rainbow chard (from my kitchen garden) sauce.
I guarantee the home made ravioli will be so soft, light and silky and melt in your mouth. Once you make your own, you can go back to the chewy store bought.
