For Pesto Lovers
I usually don't care for large amount of pasta sauce when I have tomato sauce, ragu or any other kind of pasta sauces. But if you are like me who love pesto sauce so much, usual pesto pasta with linguini does not satisfy you because the linguini can't hold much pesto sauce. What I want is "pesto sauce with pasta" but not "pasta with pesto sauce". Today, I made the homemade orecchiette just because for that reason. Orecchiette looks like a small ear and has indentation so one small pasta can hold a lots of sauce. Perfect pesto fix. I may have to go to rehab....
